here is what i did. i used illustrator and messed around with live trace until i was happy with the trace and the colors. after three days of doing so i then entered the new image into photoshop where i began to mess around with filters and texts. after seven weeks of doing so i created three flyers for the up coming lil wayne show. if you would like to buy me tickets for my birthday (12/30) and or xmas (12/25), no one is stoping you. thank you for the plentiful information you shared with me in class. i now am comfortable tackling just about any task on photoshop and illustrator.

Ad Campaign

Design notes:

For my Print Ad Campaign I created four full page ads for a popular men's street wear magazine. I chose the new release of a mens shoe at an existing store in the heart of a city located in the USA.

The effects and techniques I used consisted of tools such as; the hue/saturation tool, the levels and curves tool, the toning tool, and I used color variations. Along with those tools I used clipping masks and the gradient tool. Another tool worth mentioning is the shadows and highlights tool. I used this tool in an attempt to keep my textures cohesive throughout.
